  4. Jhag nekal kar sare sabit garam masale add krein sath hi salt, ginger garlic paste, aur 4 onion moti moti kat kar add kar dein aur 2 hour ke liye cover kar ke slow flame par pakain 90% raan gal jaye aur yakhni bhi reh jaye chawal ke liye
  5. Ab flame off kar ke raan nikal lein aur yakhni ko chan lein aur side kar dein
  6. Aub 1 cup yakhni lein aur us main 1 tsp zarde ka rang dal dein ek oven dish main raan ko rakhein aur ye color wali yakhni raan par dal dein take tandoori color a jaye aur foil paper sy cover kar dein
