- Then take the basmati rice and wash out and soak the rice up to 10 mins. Boil water and cook the rice..
- Take the marinated chicken and fry for 5 mins.. 2 min in high flame and 3 mins in medium flame in between just filp the pieces too..
- Then take the cooked rice and put it on the rice and place those chillies on top of the rice and close the vessel for one hour in medium flame..
- After one hour open the vessel and slowly mix the rice and take out the chicken pieces into another bowl and mix well..
- Serving time place the chicken on the rice and serve hot !!
