  1. Preheat oven to 220℃.
  2. Cut carrots into 1 cm think medallions and place in pan, drizzle olive oil and grind salt over.

  4. Remove from oven and toss around, return to oven for another 10 min until brown.
  5. Clean a piece of fresh ginger and shop it in small blocks.
  6. Do the same with the clove of garlic.
  7. Squeeze juice from lemon until 15 ml and place in food processor and add the Tahini, olive oil, salt, ginger, garlic and dry ingredients.
  8. Remove carrots from oven when golden brown and add to the food processor.
  9. Blend everything up and serve.
