- On a sheet of parchment paper, roll the dough into a flat ball. Spread it out by gently rolling it with a rolling pin etc. It should be about 12 to 14 cm diameter (and slightly thinner than your earlobes). Preheat the oven to 250℃.
- Place the rolled out dough onto a baking tray and bake for 5 to 6 minutes at 230℃ (or until plump and risen). Take it out when done. Keep in a plastic bag to avoid drying up.
