  5. Put soda and asifoetida on batter add hot oil in a besan mix well. Dip ring in batter and shellow fry. On both sides. Take out on a tissue paper. Serve with corriender chutney and ketchup. Tasty delicious eggplant pitta is ready to serve. Serve hot.
