- Add in the grated ginger and stir

- Once the water comes to a boil add in your rice mix and cover ensure you close the jiko door to avoid the rice sticking

- All covered up,take a metal sinia put some charcoal on top cover and place the sufuria on top of the jiko
- Baking the rice in the traditional way,ensure that you have removed the charcoal from the jiko you should only leave like two to three pieces so that the rice doesn't stick,bake it for around 40-60mins once ready serve
