- Heat oil add all ingredients saute
- Add rice add water pani kum hoto dum par rakh dain
- Marinate chicken with above ingredients
- Mix all ingredients wet in separate bowl dry in serprate bowl
- Chicken ko phly wet me coat karain phir dry me then deep fry
- In the end layered rice with fried chicken fries and chilli garlic sauce
