  1. Sb se pehle dough ke liye maide mein sb dry ingredients add karay, phr oil and water add kar ke soft dough bana lain.
  2. Phr dough ko cling film se cover kar ke 1 gour tak rakh dai. ke dough proof ho ke volume mein double ho jaye. winters mein proofing time zyada bhi ho skta hai.
  3. Ab filling ke liye frying pan mein oil grm kar ke garlic ko sauté kar lain, sath hi chicken add kar ke hlka sa cook karay, phr baqi sb spices, pizza sauce and ketchup add kar ke achi trha mix kar lain. filling cook krte huey cheese and olives add nahi krne.
  4. Ab jab dough rise ho jaye,to nikal ke achi trha press kar ke sari air nikal dain, phr aik 8 by 8 round mould ko grease karay.
  5. Is greased mould ki base mein dough ko set kar dain.or dobara se dough ko cover kar ke half hour tak rest dain, takay dough mould ki shape mein dobara rise ho jaye.
  6. Ab jab half hour bd dough dobara rise ho jaye, to is dough pe bht hlkay hath se egg yolk lagadain. thiri si kalonji sprinkle kar dain. phr 180 degrees pe preheated oven mein 15 se 17 min tak bake kar lain.
  7. Jab bake ho jaye to mould se nikal ke center se cut karay, neche vale piece pe cheese and chicken filling spread karay, olives bhi daal dain. phr is ke oper bread ka dosra pice rakh ke hlka sa press karay, or microwave mein 5 min ka timer lagake cook karay, takay cheese melt ho ke bread mein set ho jaye.
  8. Phr nikal ke slices cut karay or ketchup ke sath grm grm serve karay.
